Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Digital Delivery & Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through bendisworld.com (the “Site”), operated by Bendis World LLC (“Bendis World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because our Products are delivered electronically, different delivery, cancellation, and refund rules may apply compared with physical goods.
Please review this Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Products
All Products currently sold through Bendis World are digital unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
Digital Products may include, but are not limited to:
- digital artwork;
- printable files;
- templates;
- planners;
- guides;
- ebooks;
- children’s digital content;
- educational resources;
- creative resources;
- downloadable documents; and
- other digital files or electronically delivered content.
No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated on the relevant product page.
2. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your purchased Product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- an immediate download link;
- an order confirmation page;
- your customer account;
- an email containing a download link;
- a secure digital delivery service; or
- another electronic method described on the relevant product page.
Delivery is generally considered complete when the Product or a valid method of accessing the Product has been made available to you.
3. Delivery Time
Most digital Products are intended to be available shortly after successful payment.
In some circumstances, access may be delayed because of:
- payment verification;
- fraud-prevention checks;
- technical issues;
- email delivery delays;
- website maintenance;
- third-party service interruptions; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you have paid for a Product but have not received access within a reasonable period, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including a valid email address.
You are also responsible for:
- confirming that your device or software is compatible with the Product before purchasing;
- downloading files within any stated availability period;
- saving backup copies of downloaded Products;
- protecting your account and download links from unauthorized access; and
- reviewing the Product description, format, dimensions, compatibility, and included files before purchasing.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because a customer failed to read clearly disclosed Product information before completing a purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because digital Products can generally be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately after delivery, purchases are generally considered final once the Product has been successfully delivered or accessed.
However, we may provide a refund, replacement file, or other appropriate remedy in certain circumstances described in this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection right that applies under applicable law.
6. Situations Where a Refund or Remedy May Be Available
Please contact us if you experience one of the following situations:
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same Product more than once in separate transactions, we may refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a digital file that is materially different from the Product you ordered, we will provide the correct Product or another appropriate remedy.
Corrupted or Unusable File
If the supplied file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened as described in the Product listing, please contact us.
We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file.
If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund may be considered where appropriate.
Product Not Delivered
If payment was successfully completed but you did not receive access to the purchased Product, we will first attempt to restore or provide access.
If we are unable to provide the Product, an appropriate refund may be issued.
Materially Misdescribed Product
If a Product is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us with details of the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where justified.
7. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Subject to applicable law, we generally do not provide refunds solely because:
- you changed your mind after receiving the Product;
- you no longer want or need the Product;
- you purchased the Product by mistake but already accessed or downloaded it;
- you did not read the Product description;
- you expected something that was not stated as included;
- you do not like the style, color, design, or aesthetic of a Product that was accurately represented;
- your printer, software, device, or application is incompatible where compatibility information was clearly disclosed;
- you lack the software or technical knowledge required to use the Product;
- you experience color differences caused by monitors, printers, paper, or device settings;
- you expected a physical product when the listing clearly stated that the Product was digital; or
- you have already used, copied, distributed, modified, or otherwise benefited from the digital Product.
These limitations do not apply where applicable consumer law requires a different outcome.
8. Refund Requests
If you believe you qualify for a refund or other remedy, contact us at:
Please provide:
- your full name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- Product purchased;
- a brief explanation of the issue; and
- screenshots or other relevant information if appropriate.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Each request may be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Technical Support Before Refunds
For technical problems involving downloaded files, we may first attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
Possible solutions may include:
- providing a replacement download;
- sending the file again;
- providing a different supported file format where available;
- explaining how to access or extract the file; or
- correcting a delivery or download issue.
If the Product can reasonably be delivered and used as described, a refund may not be necessary.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, and other financial institutions involved.
Once we authorize a refund, we do not control how quickly your bank or payment provider posts the funds to your account.
11. Processing Fees and Currency Differences
Where permitted by law, third-party banks or payment providers may impose currency conversion or transaction-related charges outside our control.
The amount appearing on your statement after a refund may differ slightly from the original amount due to:
- exchange-rate changes;
- card issuer policies;
- foreign transaction fees; or
- other charges imposed independently by financial institutions.
We do not retain fees charged independently by your bank or card provider.
12. Order Cancellation
If you request cancellation before a digital Product has been delivered, accessed, or made available, we may be able to cancel the order.
However, many digital Products are delivered automatically immediately after successful payment.
Once electronic delivery or access has begun, cancellation rights may be limited, subject to applicable law.
13. European Union and EEA Consumers
Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost after performance begins only where the legal requirements are satisfied.
This generally requires that, before delivery begins:
- you expressly consent to immediate performance; and
- you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your statutory right of withdrawal,
where required by applicable law.
Where applicable, Bendis World may request this consent and acknowledgement during checkout before providing immediate access to the digital Product.
If the legally required consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation has not been obtained, your statutory rights may continue to apply.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. UK and Other Consumer Rights
Customers located in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights concerning digital content that is:
- faulty;
- not as described;
- not supplied as promised; or
- otherwise non-compliant with applicable consumer law.
This Policy does not override mandatory statutory remedies available to consumers.
Where local law provides greater protection than this Policy, the applicable law will control.
15. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us promptly at:
You should also contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider where appropriate.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction, delivery, account, and download records to payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute-resolution providers when responding to a payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in restrictions on future purchases or account access.
17. Download Access
Download availability may vary by Product.
Where a Product page specifies:
- a download limit;
- an expiration period;
- an account-access requirement; or
- another delivery condition,
those conditions form part of the purchase.
We strongly recommend downloading and securely backing up purchased files after receiving them.
We do not guarantee indefinite cloud storage or permanent download availability unless expressly stated otherwise.
18. Product Updates
Unless expressly stated in the Product description, a purchase does not automatically include:
- future versions;
- updates;
- redesigned editions;
- additional files;
- expanded content; or
- future Products.
If updates are included with a particular Product, that information will be stated on the relevant product page or license.
19. Customized or Personalized Digital Products
If Bendis World offers customized or personalized digital Products in the future, different cancellation or refund conditions may apply.
Where a Product is created specifically according to a customer’s instructions, those special conditions will be disclosed before purchase where required.
20. Bundles and Product Sets
If a Product is sold as part of a digital bundle or set, refund requests may apply to the entire transaction rather than individual files, depending on the circumstances.
A partial refund for one component of a bundle is not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly offered by us.
21. Promotional and Discounted Products
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Products purchased using:
- promotional codes;
- coupons;
- limited-time discounts;
- sale pricing; or
- other promotional offers
remain subject to this same Digital Delivery & Refund Policy.
The existence of a discount does not by itself remove any mandatory consumer right.
22. Clear Disclosure Before Purchase
We aim to disclose material purchase conditions, including digital delivery and applicable refund limitations, clearly before customers complete payment.
U.S. consumer-protection guidance emphasizes that material terms affecting a purchase, including refund conditions, should be presented clearly rather than hidden or difficult for consumers to find.
Customers are encouraged to review this Policy and the relevant Product description before completing checkout.
23. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Digital Delivery & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect:
- changes to our Products;
- changes to our delivery methods;
- payment-provider requirements;
- changes to the Site;
- legal or regulatory developments; or
- changes to our business practices.
The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
