These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bendisworld.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of digital products offered by Bendis World LLC (“Bendis World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a Product, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase Products from us.
1. About Bendis World
Bendis World LLC operates an online store offering digital products.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
- digital artwork;
- printable files;
- templates;
- planners;
- guides;
- ebooks;
- children’s digital content;
- educational materials;
- creative resources;
- downloadable files; and
- other digital products made available on the Site.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, all Products are delivered digitally and no physical item will be shipped.
2. Eligibility to Use the Site

- display settings; and
- other technical factors outside our control.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, mockups, frames, furniture, devices, background items, or other decorative elements shown in product images are for presentation purposes only and are not included in the purchase.
4. Digital Products
All Products currently sold through Bendis World are digital unless expressly identified otherwise.
Digital Products may be delivered by:
- direct download;
- a download link;
- a customer account;
- email;
- a secure file-delivery system; or
- another electronic method described on the Site.
No physical item will be mailed or shipped unless the relevant product listing specifically states otherwise.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you represent that:

- you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- you have reviewed the Product description before purchase; and

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

- maintaining access to that email address;
- downloading purchased files within any stated access period; and
- storing backup copies of your purchased files.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Because Products are delivered digitally and cannot generally be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, refund rights may differ from those applicable to physical goods.

We do not intend to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Where a refund or cancellation policy applies, material conditions should be disclosed clearly before purchase. The FTC has specifically emphasized clear disclosure of refund and cancellation terms that may affect a consumer’s decision to buy.
10. European Union and EEA Digital Content
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or performance begins if:
- you have expressly consented to immediate performance; and
- you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins,

Where legally required, we may ask you to provide this consent and acknowledgement during checkout before making a digital Product immediately available.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection right that applies to you.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of:

- other proprietary rights

Commercial-use permission does not automatically include the right to:

- sell the Product substantially unchanged,
unless expressly permitted.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific Product license, the specific Product license will control for that Product.
14. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away purchased files;
- upload purchased files to file-sharing platforms;
- make Products available for free or paid download by others;
- reproduce Products for mass redistribution;
- claim Bendis World content as your own original work;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use Products in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
- use the Site or Products for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to bypass Site security or download restrictions;
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract Site content;
- interfere with Site functionality; or
- use the Site in a fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive manner.
15. Intellectual Property

- Product license; and

form the agreement between you and Bendis World regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products.
If a Product-specific license or condition conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific condition will apply to that Product to the extent of the conflict.
